Every blade begins as raw material — selected steel, natural wood, genuine antler. Through fire, hammer, and patience, each piece takes shape in my workshop.

Adrian listened carefully to how I wanted the knife to feel in the hand and how I planned to use it in the field. The balance, finish, and sheath all came out exactly right. It feels like a serious working tool made by someone who understands both craft and function.
Ideal proportions for me, balanced, light, good finishes. The mouflon horn has an excellent grip. Used a few times, deboning some pork and lamb. I have never had to sharpen it so far.

My blades are made from certified steel, independently certified for Rockwell hardness and backed by a lifetime guarantee under normal usage conditions. To keep your blade in peak condition, apply a thin layer of oil after each use and avoid storing it in a leather sheath for extended periods.
